🚨 🚨 🚨 Hey Everyone Welcome Tiffany to the TFC family! She is one of our new counselors. ‘My name is Tiffany Gwathney, and I am a Licensed Graduate Social Worker with experience in residential treatment, medical social work, and community-based behavioral health. I have worked with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and complex family dynamics. Currently, I serve in a leadership role within an adolescent residential eating disorder program, where I support both clinical care and program operations.
I am passionate about creating safe, affirming spaces where individuals feel seen, heard, and respected. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and rooted in meeting clients where they are. I believe therapy should be collaborative, empowering, and centered on helping people reconnect with their strengths and resilience.
I want to be a therapist with Time For Change because I believe in the power of accessible, community-based mental health care. I am committed to walking alongside clients as they work through challenges, build coping skills, and move toward lives that feel meaningful and aligned with who they truly are.
Fun facts- I have a 21 month old son, I love to travel the world. :)’
