✍️ Приведённые в докладе, а также ежедневно публикуемые в прессе и Интернете сведения о масштабных нарушениях прав человека в стране вновв и вновь демонстрируют, насколько сильно деградировало положение в этой области на Украине.

В первую очередь и во многом основной причиной тому является нахождение у власти в Киеве нелегитимного, неонацистского режима, который теперь совершенно откровенно старательно копирует своего идеологического вдохновителя – нацистскую Германию.

Одно из многих убедительных подтверждений тому – недавнее интервью бывшего пресс-секретаря украинского президента Ю.Мендель, в котором она сообщила, что Зеленский, столкнувшись с падением своих рейтингов, требовал от подчиненных вести «пропаганду как у Геббельса». При таких подходах властей бесчисленные систематические нарушения прав человека во всех сферах общественной жизни уже не удивляют.

Однако это на Украине никого не беспокоит. В Киеве и вовсе не задумываются о правах своих сограждан, о необходимости создания хоть каких-то возможностей для реализаций ими собственных законных прав, а просто продолжают зарабатывать на их крови и их смертях

Недавно Запад подтвердил выделение режиму Зеленского новых траншей финансовых вливаний и вооружений. Сформированные этими огромными потоками средств чудовищные коррупционные возможности и сохранение властных полномочий – вот что занимает мысли Банковой и ее обитателей. В современных украинских реалиях это означает лишь одно – продолжение боевых действий «до последнего украинца».

Всё это в полной мере подтверждает отмеченное ранее: раболепная готовность киевской верхушки принести в жертву свою страну, народ, а также историю и память о её подлинном прошлом – и есть та причина, по которой западные кураторы по-прежнему не просто закрывают глаза и на неонацистскую идеологию, и на преступления хунты Зеленского, но оправдывают их и даже подталкивают к всё новым преступлениям.

История знает немало подобных примеров пестования Западом откровенно расистских и фашистских режимов. Их незавидная судьба хорошо известна, и только этим они, пожалуй, и обеспечивают своё попадание в историю. Об этом много говорилось во время праздничных мероприятий по случаю 81-й годовщины Победы в Великой Отечественной войне.

Героизация нацизмa

• В стране на государственном уровне осуществляется фальсификация истории, обеление нацистских преступников и фашистских приспешников. Признаны борцами за независимость бойцы украинских военных националистических формирований времен Второй мировой войны – ОУН и УПА и их руководители . Введена уголовная ответственность за негативную оценку деятельности упомянутых структур.

Запрет русского языка

• Киевским режимом проводится последовательная линия на законодательное закрепление доминирующей роли украинского языка и сокращение возможностей использования в публичном пространстве иных языков. Наибольшим репрессиям подвергается русский язык, (https://t.me/MariaVladimirovnaZakharova/12363) являющийся родным для миллионов граждан Украины – не только этнических русских, но и белорусов, украинцев, армян, евреев, греков, венгров и представителей других национальностей.

Насаждение ненависти к русским и их дискриминация

• Фиксировались регулярные усилия по пропаганде нетерпимости к русским жителям, русскому языку и всей русской культуре. Подобные действия не только не встречали осуждения и каких-либо мер реагирования со стороны властей, но и совершались самим украинским руководством.

Преследование Украинской православной церкви

• Против клира УПЦ была запущена масштабная информационная кампания, направленная на дискредитацию её священников в глазах паствы, создание из них образа «пособников врага». Зафиксировано множество случаев насильственных захватов принадлежащих канонической церкви

🇷🇺🇺🇸📞 On May 25, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov and US Secretary of State Marco Rubio had a telephone conversation.

On instructions from Russia's President Vladimir Putin, Sergey Lavrov officially conveyed to the US Side that, in response to the Kiev regime’s continued terrorist attacks against civilians and civilian infrastructure on Russian territory, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are launching systematic and consistent strikes against facilities located in Kiev that are used for the needs of the Ukrainian military, as well as against the relevant decision-making centres.

Sergey Lavrov drew attention to the Russian Foreign Ministry’s statement of May 25, which recommended that the US, along with other countries with diplomatic missions in Kiev, ensure the evacuation of their diplomatic personnel and other citizens from the Ukrainian capital.

The Minister recalled the agreements on the Ukrainian conflict reached at the highest level at the proposal of the US in Anchorage in August 2025, and expressed regret that the aggressive efforts of the European elites and the Kiev regime are undermining these agreements, which had opened the way to a sustainable long-term settlement based on a balance of interests.

They exchanged assessments of diplomatic initiatives aimed at overcoming the crisis in the Strait of Hormuz and of the situation surrounding Cuba.

☝️ Sergey Lavrov and Marco Rubio reaffirmed their mutual commitment, notwithstanding known differences, to step up efforts to normalise the working conditions of the diplomatic missions of Russia and the US on each other’s territory.

⚡️ Russian Foreign Ministry Statement on the AFU strike on the college of Lugansk State Pedagogical University in Starobelsk (May 22, 2026)

On the night of May 22, the Kiev neo-N**i regime used four fixed-wing UAVs to carry out a gruesome terrorist attack on the academic building and dormitory of the college of Lugansk State Pedagogical University in Starobelsk, LPR.

At the time of the barbaric strike, 86 children aged 14 to 18 were inside the five-storey dormitory building, which collapsed down to the second floor as a result of the attack.

At present, 40 people are known to have been injured. Tragically, four people were killed. Rescue operations are underway at the scene. Nearby administrative buildings, residential houses and social facilities were also damaged.

The Investigative Committee of Russia has opened a criminal case into the terrorist attack.

👉 All those responsible will be identified and face inevitable severe punishment. None of the perpetrators will be shown mercy.

This strike could not have been accidental. It was a deliberate attack on civilians, carried out in the spirit of the German N***s. None of those inside the building were or could have been taking part in hostilities, and there are no military facilities near the college.

Suffering defeats on the battlefield, the Kiev regime is opening a new chapter in the armed conflict by unleashing open, inhuman terror against defenceless children.

Such strikes using long-range weapons supplied to the Kiev regime by NATO countries, including UAVs, are carried out with technical assistance from foreign specialists from certain NATO countries. We have reliable information that Western capitals are providing the AFU with intelligence data and assisting with target designation.

By committing this atrocity against children in Starobelsk, the Kiev regime and its handlers assume full responsibility for the escalation of hostilities and the undermining of political and diplomatic efforts to resolve the conflict.

This happened against the backdrop of Kiev’s hypocritical lamentations about the fate of children affected by military actions. The entire world has now seen just how cynical Zelensky’s regime is, as it turns children into targets of terror.

◼️ We express our deepest condolences to the families of those killed and wish the injured a speedy recovery.

We call on international organisations, national governments and the global public to give an honest assessment of the criminal actions of Zelensky’s regime and to resolutely condemn the bloody terrorist attack in Starobelsk.

Silence will amount to complicity in the gruesome acts of Kiev’s terrorists and indifference to the fate of innocent children who were killed and injured.

🇷🇺🇺🇸 In commemoration of the 81st anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, Russian compatriots living in the United States and concerned Americans held a series of memorial events.

They laid wreaths and flowers at memorial sites dedicated to the immortal feat of the Soviet people and the heroic Red Army, which broke the back of Hitler’s war machine in combat brotherhood with the USA and the countries of the anti-Hitler coalition:

• the ALSIB heroes memorial in Fairbanks, Alaska;
• Fort Richardson National Cemetery in Anchorage, Alaska - the graves of Soviet pilots and sailors who participated in ferrying aircraft to the USSR under the Lend-Lease program;
• the monument to Soviet soldiers in Plummer Park, Los Angeles, and the memorial bench in Lincoln Park, San Francisco, California, honoring warriors who fell in World War II battles;
• the memorial stone to Red Army soldiers in Beaverton, Oregon, where more than 150 bricks engraved with the names of Soviet veterans have been laid in the park complex;
• the burial site of Red Navy sailor M.I.Anisimov at Evergreen Washelli Cemetery in Seattle, Washington;
• in Washington, D.C. - the “Spirit of the Elbe” bas-relief and the “Murmansk” inscription dedicated to the Allied Arctic convoys.

Following a cherished tradition, activists of the Russian diaspora organized “Immortal Regiment” processions, motorcades, the “St. George’s Ribbon” campaign, meetings with veterans, film screenings, and festive concerts in the states of Washington, Illinois, New York, Connecticut, and Texas. In Florida, they opened the thematic exhibition “We Remember, We Are Proud, We Honor!”, where one of the halls in a Miami bookstore recreated the chronicle of the war years with displays of copies of Soviet publications from 1941–1945.

🎖 We thank everyone who reverently, proudly, and boldly honors the memory of the Soviet soldier-liberator, who saved the world from the brown plague, and refuses to let the combat alliance of our countries during the grim years of the war be forgotten — an alliance that is especially relevant today for normalizing Russian-American relations and for our joint struggle against manifestations of N***sm in modern Europe.
