đ¨BREAKINGđ¨: Chairman Loudermilk issues statement ahead of five-year anniversary of January 6.
âOver the course of the three years I have spent investigating the events surrounding January 6, a few things have become clear: The intelligence suggested January 6 was going to be a lot worse than it was, yet the Capitol was still breached; former USCP Chief of Police Steven Sund was denied the National Guard numerous times leading up to and on January 6; the Capitol Complex is no more secure today than it was on January 6; and Democratâs January 6 Select Committee was never about uncovering the truth or fixing the security failuresâit was a partisan exercise designed to advance a narrative to target President Trump and his political allies. This partisan exercise will be reenacted tomorrow as Rep. Bennie Thompson carefully reads a prepared script like he once did as Chair of the Select Committee.
âSpeaker Nancy Pelosi's unprecedented rejection of Kevin McCarthyâs selections for the Select Committee set a partisan tone, resulting in a panel that lacked a true ranking minority member and operated without essential checks and balances. This allowed Rep. Thompson, former Rep. Liz Cheney, and the rest of their pardoned Select Committee Member colleagues to ignore exculpatory evidence, suppress dissenting witnesses, and operate without due process or cross-examination. Even former Biden-era Special Prosecutor Jack Smith rejected some of the Select Committeeâs assertions characterizing Cassidy Hutchinsonâs testimony as âsecondhand hearsayâ and that her testimony âmay or may not be admissibleâ in court. Hutchinson was Thompson and Cheneyâs star witness who formed the basis of the Select Committeeâs false, but most sensational claims against President Trump.
âTrue accountability requires focusing on facts, not selective storytelling for partisan gain. My Select Subcommittee remains committed to transparency and accountability and ensuring the security failures that occurred on January 6 and the partisan investigation that followed never happens again.â

Did Bidenâs FBI identify Brian Cole Jr. in April 2021? It sure looks like it might have when you compare our pipe bomb report to Coleâs affidavit.

Trumpâs FBI arrested the alleged J6 pipe bomber in a matter of months using the same evidence Bidenâs FBI had for almost four years yet somehow failed to identify a suspect.
Below is some of that evidence turned over to Chairman Loudermilk in the 118th Congress.
Shoes
-Identified an individual who owned a pair of Nike Air Max Speed Turf sneakers and who âworked in the area of the crime.â
-Identified 307 individuals who purchased the same pair of Nike Air Max Speed Turf sneakers.
-A later subpoena yielded 400 transactions for Nike Air Max Speed Turf Sneakers.
Kitchen Timers/Bomb Components
-Identified six individuals who purchased more than one of the kitchen timers between December 1, 2020, and January 5, 2021.
-Identified one individual who bought four of the kitchen timers just days before January 6.
-Expanded their search and identified 241,000 purchases of two or more kitchen timers online and in store.
-Identified ten customers who purchased eight-inch pipe ni***es and endcaps in the same transaction.
-Identified five individuals that purchased the pipe and timer.
-Identified a partial serial number or logo on one of the wires used in the devices.
Cell Data
-Identified 11 cell devices located within the geofence warrant.
-Identified 35 phone numbers which made or received a call at approximately 7:41 PM just as the suspect appears to have done on security camera footage.
¡ Identified 130 devices of interest as more cell carrierâs data was analyzed.
¡ Number grew to include 186 phone numbers of interest derived from analysis of the geofence and cell tower dumps.
It remains unclear what Biden/Wrayâs FBI did with many of these leads.
