The 7th Infantry Division (7ID) upheld its proud history in 2025. Since WWI, the Bayonet Division has defined readiness, and this year was no exception.
In an era of Strategic Competition, 7th ID continues to certify and sustain two lethal Stryker Brigade Combat Teams and a Combat Aviation Brigade, ensuring USARPAC has credible, combat-ready forces to contribute to the the defense of the region.
Throughout 2025, 7ID executed major multinational exercises across the region to deepen alliances and build essential capability with our partners, championing innovation and future technology while simultaneously enhancing Soldier expertise through critical intelligence and warfighting training, and ensuring readiness by maintaining high standards in combined arms training.
The 7ID’s mission to maintain, certify, and exercise combat-ready forces has never been more crucial. We are proud to have the Bayonet Division securing the theater!

Norway claimed this year's U.S. Army Europe and Africa European Best Sniper Team Competition that wrapped up last week.
The USAREUR-AF EBST Competition held annually at 7th Army Training Command’s Grafenwoehr Training Area builds military readiness through realistic and challenging training scenarios, fosters military partnership and esprit des corps, and promotes NATO interoperability with Allied and Partner nations.

Feeling generous this holiday season? How about giving the gift of life? In 2025, Operation Ring the Bell has registered about 10,556 people, about 10 that have donated so far since we started registering people. The U.S. as a whole registers 200,000, and the Army will be one of the largest sources of healthy, young, diverse donors in the country thanks to Operation Ring the Bell.

Thanksgiving means a lot - not only to the Soldiers and Families eating delicious meals, but also to those who prepare and serve them. Whether in the U.S. or around the world, Soldiers everywhere are thankful to have support from people like you, even if many can't be home today. #HappyThanksgiving

I visited our injured National Guardsmen in the hospital today. My heart breaks for them, their families, and those impacted by the horrific attack in our Nation’s capital.

Every one of our National Guardsmen made a courageous decision to serve their community and their nation. They serve selflessly to safeguard our way of life.
