Let’s Go Coach Colby Plasterer!! Good luck on 11/6!!

⭐ Family Rivalry Spotlight⭐

This one is extra special! 🏈

In a few weeks on Nov. 6th, Coach Brandt Plasterer (Dad, Ore City) and Coach Colby Plasterer (Son, Waskom) will be on opposite sidelines as district opponents.

Coach Plasterer (Son) is an Ore City alumnus, where he was a six-sport athlete and was Most Athletic Boy his senior year. He was coached by his dad in 3 of his sports throughout his years at Ore City, and the two have always shared a close bond. Their relationship has grown from father and son to mentor and coach, and today they're not only family but also two coaches who share the same passion for developing young athletes.

Now, in his first year as a coach at Waskom, he'll have the unique opportunity to coach against the man who helped shape him both on and off the field.

For one night they'll be rivals, but after the final whistle they'll go right back to being a proud father and son who have always supported one another. 💛🖤 🏈🤍🖤

This is what high school sports are all about—competition, respect, family, and lifelong relationships.
