Attention:
There is a wreck on Route 33 1.5 mile west of Wheeler. Avoid the area if possible.

Just a reminder, Larry Heuerman trucking will be in the Village today oiling the roads. Please find an alternate route, if possible. They will be oiling Center Street, Wheeler Street, North Street, and if oil amounts allow, they will also be on Elm Street.

Thank you for your cooperation with staying out of their way so we can improve our roads.

Patching on Center Street and Wheeler Street is complete. Please drive slowly on these roads as the asphalt is sticky. The crew also added some asphalt to a section of Wiley Street to fill those holes. They will be back on Monday to oil and rock Center Street and Wheeler Street. If residents could avoid driving on these roads on Monday that would be greatly appreciated.

Attention Village residents: Larry Heuerman Trucking will be in the Village tomorrow morning (Thursday, October 1st) doing patchwork on Center Street and Wheeler Street. Please avoid those areas while the crews are there working. Thank you for your cooperation with this to ensure the crew is able to get their work done.

If you have seen the community building this weekend, you've probably noticed the wood/trees on the side. This is free to whoever wants it, but you must cut what you want on your own. Feel free to take as much as you need, but know there will not be anyone available to help you cut it or haul it.

Good morning everyone!

Just wanted everyone to be aware of Leaf Tree Services being back in Wheeler today. They will be finishing up the trees at the park. Please keep your children from the park.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation as they get their work done!

Leaf Tree Services will be back in the Village today. Due to the soft ground and extreme heat of last week, they were unable to finish cutting the trees. Their presence will create temporary road blocks. Please choose another route if they are in your pathway. Also, avoid the park while they are there. Thank you!

Update on the trees:
Leaf Tree Services will be unable to remove the trees at the park due to the ground being too soft still. They will still be trimming the trees over the roadways around town today. This will cause some temporary road blockages. If you run into a road blockage, we ask that you find an alternate route.
