Bringing the outside in……RPES Library is full of suprises today!

Our campers came to school ready to engage in “camp read a lot” activities. Our entire school including students and staff participated in D.E.A.R. (drop everything and read). Thank you DMA for reading to our students! We promoted reading and we loved it!

Books about far away and close by places encourage students to explore about different cultures while empowering them to learn about their own heritage. Richardson Park wear heritage gear and share a book day!

Kicking off “Reading Across America” Today, the students had a special treat! Penny our school pet made a video (with her human family). The students were inspired to share pictures of their pets, read to their pets, and engage in reading about pets! The entire week the students can earn raffle tickets for an amazing reading bag filled with goodies! More fun to
