The Caltrans District 2 Employee Scholarship Committee, in cooperation with the California Transportation Foundation, is offering up to two $1,500 scholarships in 2026!

If you're a student pursuing an academic or vocational path in a transportation-related field — such as engineering, project management, environmental studies, public relations, accounting, human resources, equipment operation and repair, or computer science — we encourage you to apply!

🚍 Now Accepting Proposals: Zero Emission Transit Strategy Plan

The Siskiyou Transportation Agency is seeking qualified consulting firms to develop a Zero Emission Transit Strategy Plan for public transit operations in Siskiyou County. This effort will evaluate the feasibility of transitioning our transit fleet to zero-emission vehicles, including battery electric buses and a no-transition option.
