**Law Enforcement Appreciation Day 💙**

Today, we honor the men and women who choose service over self, those who put on the uniform knowing the risks, yet show up anyway for their communities.

On this day, I want to give a deeply personal thank you to my husband.
He served 22 years in law enforcement, including SWAT, dedicating his life to protecting others. His career ended after he was severely injured in the line of duty and medically retired, but his service, sacrifice, and integrity will never end.

Behind every badge is a family that serves too. We carry the worry, the late nights, the missed holidays, and the quiet strength it takes to stand beside someone who runs toward danger.

To all law enforcement officers—past and present—thank you for your courage, commitment, and sacrifice.
And to my husband: I see you, I honor you, and I am endlessly proud of you. 💙🚔

Notaries verify identity and witness the signing but cannot give legal advice about which POA you need.

✔ Wills & Trusts (No legal advice)

These documents express your wishes about property and assets.
A notary confirms the signer’s identity and willingness to sign but cannot draft, prepare, or explain legal content.

✔ Affidavits

A written statement that the signer swears or affirms is true.
Notaries administer the oath and witness the signature.

✔ Medical Forms

Documents such as medical consent, treatment authorization, or advanced healthcare directives.

I’m a mother of three, including one child proudly serving as an active United States Navy sailor. My husband, Brett Popiny, is a medically retired SWAT and Law Enforcement Officer and is now a Realtor with RE/MAX Gold on the Jim Joyce Team. Their dedication and service inspired the name Anchor & Badge, symbolizing the strength, honor, and integrity that guide everything I do.
