Today, as we gather to celebrate International Dance Day, we are reminded of the power of dance and how it is used as a universal language one that goes beyond borders, cultures, as well as generations.

For us as dance practitioners and talented artists, this day is not just symbolic; it is a reaffirmation of our role in preserving our culture and telling our stories

International Dance Day gives us the opportunity to reflect on our journey as performers and recognise the importance of continued dedication to the art form. It encourages us to keep creating and keep teaching and sharing the beauty/discipline that dance brings into our lives and the lives our performers
