Let’s take a bow for National Horse Day 💞

These majestic herbivores connect heart to heart, heal bodies and minds, and transform lives with their magical spirit.

Horses provide solace without judgment, reduce stress and anxiety, improve self-esteem, and teach compassion, patience, and empathy.

They are the real therapists and teachers.

Continuing their legacy from ancient beasts of burden to modern companions and inspirations in the healing arts, horses contribute roughly $9.2 billion to the US economy - and much more in terms of wisdom and natural beauty.

Horses need friends, forage, and freedom.

Our horses never live in a barn or tied out. They run free with their herd.

Although humans domesticated horses 3,000 years ago for transportation, agriculture, and warfare, it is the horse who is the true friend - forming loyal bonds and offering authentic emotional support through shared experiences like therapeutic riding, grooming, and quiet presence.

We can learn a lot in the presence of horses.
