As St. Thomas celebrates this cherished cultural tradition, we honor the creativity, music, food, pageantry, and community spirit that make Carnival such an important part of who we are.
Carnival is also a reminder that culture is connected to economic development. From vendors and performers to artisans, restaurants, hotels, transportation providers, event professionals, and small businesses, this season creates opportunities that support local livelihoods and strengthen our economy.
VIEDA proudly celebrates the people and businesses that help make Carnival a vibrant expression of Virgin Islands culture.
