If your wondering what a track session entails...
- Warm up. 10 minutes of chatty laps.
- Mobility & Drills. These help avoid injury and build efficient running technique.
- Main Session. 30 minutes everyone working at their own pace.
- Cool down. SLOW laps and stretches.
- Optional post track beers at La Haye.

All you gotta do is turn up, we've got the rest covered.

To get you through to the holiday season we have a few sessions and runs with .thaodien and Saigon Run Club for you. Quick fix is an outdoor workout class run by Trent Richardson.
Saigon Run Club is run by Hannah Charman. (Please note the 14th and 16th December will be 5k time trials to enable progress tracking for Saigon Run Club)
will also be offering a yoga and brunch session on Sunday 5th December. Get in touch if you would like to know more 🧘‍♀️

We’ll be back with a bang in January and hope to have some more outdoor workouts for you 🏋️‍♀️

Tra B**g Aid Appeal

490 families and 800 children are currently suffering in Tra B**g and we want to help.

There are very little employment opportunities in the area, girls are married off in their teens, families lack adequate nutrition, there is no clean water source, children are trekking miles per day to bring water to their villages and the rudimentary kindergarten and schools are a two hour walk away. Life expectancy in Tra B**g is just 50 years old.

Following the recent heavy rainfall, there have been landslides and people are cut off. The children are cold (due to lack of warm clothing and rain wear) and hungry.

The target of this appeal is to source and deliver the following to each family:

* 20kg of rice  (9.8t total)
* 5 ltr cooking oil  (2450 ltr total)
* 2 ltr soy sauce (980 ltr total)
* 4.5ltr fish sauce (2205 ltr total)
* warm clothing and rain jackets (primarily for the kids but of course good quality adult clothing will also be accepted)

Donations of warm clothing would be very much appreciated. Financial donations will allow us to purchase the following items at whole sale price.

* Rice - 12.5k/kg
* cooking oil - 37.5k/ltr
* soy sauce - 6k/500ml
* fish sauce - 19k/900ml

*Each donation of VND100k could buy 5kg rice plus 1 litre cooking oil*
