It will build on the results of previous projects, and it is expected to have a positive impact on the justice sector in Kosovo. With comprehensive, consolidated legislation, in line with European standards, and strengthened capacities with fully functional, citizen oriented infrastructure, the quality of justice will be improved, thus offering better protection of rights and public interests. This will in turn contribute to public trust and increased confidence in the system.
