Espineli, the beneficiaries of Chef's Den Culinary Institute and Assessment Center embarked on a transformative journey in the Bread and Pastry Production NC II program. With their unwavering dedication and expertise, they provided invaluable mentorship and support to 30 JDVP Beneficiaries of Amadeo National High School.

Principal Gloria T. Villela, a beacon of leadership and inspiration, ensured a conducive learning environment at Chefs Den Culinary Institute. Her visionary approach and commitment to excellence set the foundation for the students' success in the NC II Assessment.

"On the third day of training, April 5, 2024, JDVP scholars immersed themselves in an intensive review and preparation session, revisiting the essential elements of baking - from the tools to the ingredients and substitutions - in anticipation of their practical performance task on Monday.
The trainer ensured that each scholar has a firm understanding about sanitation practices, abbreviation mastery, and memorizing recipes with accurate measurements, As they gear up for their BPP NCII assessment. Before the day drew to a close, Team Chefs Den arrived bearing the necessary ingredients, tools, and equipment needed for their training. The scholars, filled with anticipation, are ready to demonstrate the skills and knowledge imparted by Chef Merle Fabrigaras.

On April 1, 2024, at 1pm, Grade 12 TVL-HE students from AMANAHIS, along with their parents, attended an informative session about the Joint Delivery Voucher Program for Senior High School Technical Vocational and Livelihood Specialization (JDVP-TVL). This program is a collaborative effort with Chef's Den Culinary Institute.

AMANAHIS Principal III Dr. Gloria T. Villela, Chef Louie B. Andaya from Chef's Den Culinary Institute, Alejandro A. Espineli Academic Head TVL/H.E Department,JDVP-TVL Coordinator Joy L. Cabato, AMANAHIS G12 Coordinator Mayette B. Pia, and other Senior High School teachers also participated in this orientation.

The JDVP-TVL program aims to enhance TVL learning by providing 30 eligible students from public schools with vouchers for 40 days of specialized training. This training can be availed at either private institutions, non-DepEd public SHSs, or Technical Vocational Institutions (TVIs) that offer the students' desired specializations. This program, outlined in RA 10533, encourages partnerships between DepEd and qualified institutions. Its primary goal is to enable learners to complete their chosen TVL specialization through JDVP-TVL partners.
