🚨 GREAT NEWS: The House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee passed the BUILD America 250 Act, which includes several provisions I championed, including my rail safety amendment.

This bill makes historic investments in our nation’s bridges and includes my Trucker Bathroom Access Act, ensuring our nation’s truckers have access to bathroom facilities while they are on the road transporting cargo and goods across the country.

BREAKING: The House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee just adopted my rail safety amendment to the BUILD America 250 Act.

This is a major victory.

The people of East Palestine have not been forgotten.

The House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee is about to vote on my rail safety amendment to the Surface Transportation Reauthorization Bill.

Congress must act today to improve the safety of our nation’s rail network and pass my amendment.
