Received this: "Greetings... the attached certificate is of my Great Grandfather Rueben Hutchins who as this certificate states he became an honorary member of the Provincial Orange Grand Lodge (of New Brunswick). He belong(ed) to the local Cumberland Bay Lodge. My questions: 1. How did a person become an honorary member of the Provincial Lodge... 2. Was he an officer in the Provincial Officer at one time? 3. I am not sure if the date is 1933 or 1953 and not sure who the gentlemen who signed the document - can you advise. Many thanks." Anyone help with this?
