Oregon Board of Psychology calls BS on parental alienation diagnosis because PA is not a recognized illness but rather a made-up diagnosis by the outsource provider industry to cause parents to spend money, money, money. If a child is rejecting a parent let's get to the bottom of the issue and treat it rather than giving it a fake label to cause more litigation and harm and more money for outsource providers.
There is just so much to be said about this. An attorney and an outsource provider team up to create what they are claiming to be the group of attorneys and outsource providers that you should hire to work together on your case. Outsource providers are supposed to be neutral third parties because they have quasi-judicial immunity when handling family court cases. Here Donna Wilburn and Jason Stoffel ignore the fact providers are supposed to be neutral and essentially are trying to sell you on using the people they think you should use. This is collusion and we have been on the phone all day calling several legal and mental health entities to see what ethical violations may be occurring in this situation. We have downloaded the video should we need to use it as evidence but I will highly suggest everyone watch collusion at its finest in the family courts by Jason Stoffel and Donna Wilburn. We have heard the rumors, seen the cases that support the collusion and now they are just being upfront about it. Stay tuned........

A local law firm promoting a reunification therapist !
If opposing is any of the attorneys at Roberts Stoffel and Wilburn is on the case , Wilburn has a financial interest in them supporting her so which parent will be the one Wilburn supports ?
Let me guess the one Roberts Stoffel is representing .
There has to be a MRPC against this and I’ll find it and report them !!!
Oh and can we see the credentials that qualify Wilburn to work with high conflict families because so far she refuses to provide them .
And judges are onto her incompetence , they are tossing her off cases like she’s the plague !

When you are reading the law blog and a third party provider gets called out ....... lawyers are hopefully seeing the issue and shying away from using this outsource provider .

Wilburn is over at NCW letting everyone know her PA crap, the excuse she uses to make a fortune off desperate parents and ruin the lives of countless children was recognized in India. If she actually read the decision in India she would see the father complained to the court the mother did not maintain the household, did not pay attention to HIS parents, and was not interested in physical affection with him. Since she would not submit to him being the ALPHAMALE ruler of the home, It must be parental alienation.
As usual, Wilburn uses snippets of junk articles to advance her money-making crap in the Clark County Court system. The junk she posts is not even worthy enough to be cited in an elementary school level paper but she uses it as the foundation in her practice.
And again I challenge Donna Wilburn to post credible, peer-reviewed studies on parental alienation. Again I challenge Donna Wilburn to post credible peer-reviewed studies on reunification, any study that is credible Donna. Not an article written by your industry cronies, not an article written by you, but actual SCIENCE to back your junk theory.
This is why PA is not in the DSM-5 there is no credible research, yet it is used in our courts every day by this quack and others.
Here Donna, Italy overturned all the PA crap, So I see your India and raise you Italy. The US is next Donna, you and your junk science will be removed from the Clark County Courts one day .

Check this out! They are requiring the use of this form in all custody evaluations done in California. This would require custody evaluators to actually do their job and evaluate the children and parents before making a recommendation to the courts. We need this in Nevada!

Gotta love when an outsource provider for the Clark County Courts states “ I know how to manipulate and I know who can be easily manipulated “ . She’s evidently studied for 20 years on the subject yet I have never seen her claim to be an expert manipulator to the courts though she claims to be an expert on many other issues to the courts .
Are you ready to be manipulated by Donna ? Are you ready to have your case manipulated by her ?
Choose your outsource provider carefully , that’s not manipulation , that’s clear facts !!!!

Actual studies being done on the issue of parental alienation and child abuse . There is a federal study underway right now that hopefully will expand on this issue and prove that the therapists are not using correct theories and PA is being used by abusers to remove kids from healthy parents .
The days of removing kids based on junk science are numbered ......

This is the woman who claims she’s an expert to the Clark county family courts . Yet here she is asking other providers for “ articles “ not peer reviewed research or studies done on the subject , she wants articles .
Do you want your child’s future determined by articles written by other outsource providers ? Do you want someone who claims to be an expert in high conflict divorce who posts on Facebook looking for articles to support her biased , unfounded theories ?
