Help Improve Transportation Safety in Salt Lake County!
The University of Utah’s Department of City & Metropolitan Planning is conducting an important study on traffic patterns, crash data, and transportation safety throughout Salt Lake County — and they’re asking for community input.
Research student Grant Milch, working with Dr. Andy Hong, is leading this IRB-approved study to better understand how people move around our city and where improvements are needed.
They’re looking for Salt Lake County residents, visitors, and pedestrians to take part in a short survey that will help identify opportunities to make our streets safer and more connected for everyone.
Your feedback will directly inform future planning and safety efforts across the region — including right here in Liberty Wells.
📱 Scan the QR code in the image to participate in the survey.
It only takes a few minutes, and every response helps!
If you’d like to learn more about the study or speak with the research team, you can contact Grant Milch at the University of Utah’s Department of City & Metropolitan Planning.

Get ready for one of our favorite neighborhood traditions—British
Field Day—coming up on Saturday, June 21st from 9 AM to 2 PM in
Liberty Park!
What is British Field Day?
This family-friendly event brings together a fantastic lineup of
classic British cars and motorcycles from generous local clubs who
love to show off their prized vehicles. Whether you're a car
enthusiast or just enjoy a stroll through a unique slice of automotive
history, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
Why it matters:
The car clubs donate their time and vehicles, and all donations
collected at the gates go directly to the Liberty Wells Community
Council to help fund neighborhood projects and improvements throughout
the year.
