Star Street new pavements nearly complete!

The final stage of the project to provide the entire length of Star Street with new pavements is nearly complete.

This project started in mid-January and will be completed in a few days’ time. The entire street has been re-paved and is now much safer for pedestrians.

This is just one of the projects in Hyde Park Ward which we have helped to make happen over the past few years.

Please Vote Labour tomorrow so that we can continue to improve life for residents in Hyde Park Ward.

Meeting Water Gardens residents

Judith, Nigel and Shamsed and the Hyde Park Ward Labour Action Team met Water Gardens residents to listen to their concerns and take up local issues.

We’ve been working hard for residents for over five years, improving safety and security in the Hyde Park area and keeping the Council Tax the second lowest in the country.

Connaught Village Green

Judith, Shamsed and Nigel and the Hyde Park Labour Action Team have been meeting residents in Connaught Street, listening to their concerns and taking up local issues.

Missing street signs

We asked the Highways Team to investigate when the missing street signs will be returned to the corner of Edgware Road and Bayswater Road after the completion of building works at this site.

Co-operative Party

Burwood Place pavement jest washed

We asked the Street Cleaning Team to jet wash the pavement in Burwood Place by the seating which had become stained.

The next day it was jet washed and is now in good condition and looks much better.

Park Lane

We asked TfL to repair a lamppost on Park Lane where the electrics cover is missing and the electric cables are exposed.

The lamppost is at the south of Park Lane near the Queen Mother gates.
