በኢትዮጵያ በስፋት ስለሚከሰተዉ “የባይቲንግ" የሳይበር ጥቃት አይነት ምን ያክል ያዉቃሉ?

በኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ የኢንተርኔት ተጠቃሚ ቁጥር እየጨመረ ከመጣበት ጊዜ ጀምሮ የባይቲንግ ጥቃቶች በተለያዩ መንገዶች እየተከሰቱ ይገኛሉ።

ይህ ዓይነቱ ጥቃት በዋነኝነት የሚያተኩረው በሰዎች ጉጉት ወይም ነገሮችን በነጻ የማግኘት ፍላጎት ላይ የተመሰረተ ነው። በተለይ የሰዎችን የኑሮ ፍላጎት፣ የቴክኖሎጂ እውቀት ማነስ እና በነፃ የሚገኝ ነገር ላይ ያለን ጉጉት ለባይቲንግ ጥቃት በቀላሉ እንድንጋለጥ ያደርገናል።

አጥቂዎችም ይህን ጥቃት ለመሰንዘር ከዚህ በታች የተቀመጡ ሁለት ዋና ዋና የማጥቂያ መንገዶችን ይጠቀማሉ፦

1. በአካል
👉አጥቂው ጎጂ ሶፍትዌር የተጫነበትን USB ፍላሽ ወይም ኤክስተርናል ሃርድ ድራይቭ ሰዎች በሚበዙበት ቦታ (ለምሳሌ፡ ሊፍት ውስጥ፣ ፓርኪንግ ወይም ካፌ) ጥሎ ይሄዳል። ሰውየው "ይህ የማን ይሆን?" በሚል ጉጉት ፍላሹን አንስቶ ኮምፒውተሩ ላይ ሲሰካው፣ ቫይረሱ በራሱ ተጭኖ መረጃ መስረቅ ወይም ኮምፒውተሩን መቆጣጠር ይጀምራል።

2. በኦንላይን
👉በድረ-ገጾች ላይ የሚወጡ አሳሳች ማስታወቂያዎች። ለምሳሌ፦ "እንኳን ደስ አለዎት! የ10,000 ብር ስጦታ ደርሶዎታል፣ እዚህ ይጫኑ" የሚሉ መልእክቶች።

👉ነፃ ፊልም፣ ሙዚቃ ወይም ውድ ሶፍትዌሮችን በነፃ ለማውረድ (Download) ስንሞክር አብረው የሚወርዱ ቫይረሶች አማካኝነት ጥቃቶች ይደርሱብናል።

የሪሜዲያል መግቢያ ነጥብን ስለማሳዎቅ

ትምህርት ሚኒስቴር በ2018 የትምህርት ዘመን የመንግስት ዩኒቨርሲቲዎችን በተፈጥሮ እና ማህበራዊ ሳይንስ ትምህርት መስኮች ከ49.5% በታች ያስመዘገቡ ነገር ግን ከዚህ በታች የተዘረዘሩትን የሚያሟሉ ተማሪዎች የ Remedial ፕሮግራም ተጠቃሚ መሆናቸውን እናሳውቃለን።

1. በሁሉም አማራጮች (በግል እና በመንግስት ተቋማት) የ Remedial ፕሮግራም ለመከታተል ተማሪዎች እንደተፈተኑት የትምህርት አይነት ብዛት 33% ከመቶ እና ከዚያ የተቆረጠ መሆኑን።

2. ከላይ በተራ ቁጥር 1 የተገለጸው እንደተጠበቀ ሆኖ በመንግስት ተቋማት (ወጪያቸው በመንግስት ተሸፍኖ) የ Remedial ፕሮግራም የሚከታተሉ ተማሪዎች የመቁረጫ ነጥቡን ያሟሉ ብቻ ይሆናሉ።
