Fort Worth is now the safest of Texas's five largest cities, ahead of Dallas, Houston,
Austin and San Antonio.

That came from doing the work. Backing our officers, funding the basics, and staying focused on what people actually feel at home.

Lower costs and safer streets. That's what I'm bringing to Austin.

Joined neighbors across HD-93 for National Night Out, thank you for the the conversations about what matters most to your families.

And a special thank-you to the Fort Worth Police officers, firefighters, and first responders who spent their evening shaking hands and getting to know the people they protect every day.

I've never voted for a tax increase. Not once.

On the Fort Worth City Council, that meant voting against every budget increase that took more from taxpayers than the year before. Your family plans around a number. Government should have to do the same, instead of just raising your taxes to make their job easier.

In Austin, I'll fight for permanent property tax cuts. Not a rebate. Cuts that stay cut.

The Texas Stock Exchange opened this week, the first national securities exchange built and headquartered right here in Texas.

Texas has spent years building the best place in America to start and grow a business. Through low taxes, sensible regulation, and a workforce that knows how to get things done. Now we have the financial infrastructure to match.

Congratulations to the entire TXSE team, and thank you to Governor Abbott for championing this from day one. Y'all Street is open!

No family in Texas should be standing in a pharmacy deciding between a prescription and groceries.

But those tradeoffs are real right now, and part of the reason is a hidden tax built into the price of the essentials you buy. You never see it on the receipt. You pay it every trip.

I'm fighting to get rid of it on food and medicine, and put that money back where it belongs.

Check your last insurance renewal. Car, home, either one. Odds are it went up again, and nothing about your driving or your house changed.

That's an invisible tax on middle-class families, and it comes from both directions: a legal system that's drifted out of balance, and insurers who need to be held to account for what they charge.

I'm going after both. Your bill should reflect your risk, not everyone else's costs.

Fort Worth is the safest of Texas's five largest cities. Third safest in America, ahead of Dallas, Houston, Austin and San Antonio.

That didn't happen by accident. It happened because we backed our officers with real resources, focused on response times as hard as we focused on crime rates, and treated public safety as the first job of local government instead of a talking point.

I'll bring that same approach to Austin.

I've never voted to raise your taxes. Not once.

On the Fort Worth City Council, that meant voting against every budget that took more from taxpayers than the year before. It isn't complicated. If you're going to ask families for more, you'd better be able to explain why.

I'll bring that same standard to Austin, and I'll fight for permanent property tax cuts so seniors, families and small businesses can afford to stay here.

As a parent and your neighbor, I believe nothing is more important than knowing our families are safe when we tuck our kids in at night. But true public safety requires more than just talking tough, it requires active, supportive leadership.

I am deeply honored to be endorsed by local police organizations like the Fort Worth Police Officers Association, the Tarrant County Law Enforcement Association, and the Combine Law Enforcement Associations of Texas, in my run for the Texas House. On the City Council, I rolled up my sleeves to make sure our law enforcement officers have the tools, elite training, and competitive benefits they need to do their jobs effectively.

By working together, we successfully funded new patrols and cut emergency response times right here in our neighborhoods. When our officers are supported, our community is protected.

Austin needs representatives who will stand firmly with our first responders. I have always backed our police, and I always will.

There is a widespread feeling today that elected officials are disconnected from ordinary families. Too many politicians say whatever it takes to get elected, and then vote for higher budgets and tax hikes the moment they arrive in office.

I ran for City Council promising to watch your tax dollars like they were my own. And I kept that promise. On Council, I:
✔️ Never voted for a tax increase.
✔️ Opposed every single increase to the city budget.
✔️ Proved we can fund vital priorities, like hiring over 200 police officers, without forcing families to pay more.

I’m running for the Texas House to bring that exact same financial discipline and spine to Austin. You deserve a representative whose record matches their rhetoric.
