Today, PL Prof. Lonyangapuo joined the family, colleagues, and residents of Kitalaposho, Murkwijit in Mnagei Ward to lay to rest Police Constable Elkana Plimo Neroyang. PC Elkana tragically lost his life in the line of duty while serving in Kilifi.

Our Party Leader, H.E. Prof. John Krop Lonyangapuo, together with the entire Kenya Union Party fraternity, honours his sacrifice and unwavering dedication to protecting our nation. We stand in solidarity with his family during this painful moment and extend our heartfelt condolences.

May his soul rest in eternal peace.

As we commemorate Mashujaa Day 2025, the Kenya Union Party joins all Kenyans in celebrating our national heroes—past and present—whose courage, sacrifice, and vision built the foundation of our great nation.

We pay special tribute to our freedom fighters, our teachers, farmers, health workers, security officers, youth, and community leaders who continue to shape Kenya’s future through hard work and dedication.

At KUP, we believe every citizen who stands for justice, peace, and unity is a shujaa in their own right. Let us continue walking together toward a prosperous, inclusive, and peaceful Kenya.
