-Flag Raising Ceremony-

Office personnel of this unit headed by JSINSP MARK JOSEPH FAJARDO, Assistant Warden, participated in the Monday Flag Raising Ceremony held at the Parañaque City Hall Grounds this morning of April 1, 2024.

Disaster Information for Nationwide Awareness posters were printed and posted along the stairway of Parañaque City Jail stairways for the awareness of the personnel and PDL in the facility . The activity aims to educate each and everyone in the facility when it comes to disaster preparedness before, during, and after, a disaster or incident. These posters were posted inside the facility thru the guidance of the city Jail Warden, JCINSP SHINNAWI J BADA.

A Simulation Exercise (SIMEX) was conducted by Assistant Regional Director for Operations (ARDO) JSSUPT CATHERINE LOPEZ-ABUEVA and NCRO Chief, Operations JSUPT LLOYD F GONZAGA to assess the preparedness of the personnel of Parañaque City Jail Male and Female Dormitory in handling incidents in jail.

The activity was also witnessed by the respective Wardens of both dormitories , JCINSP SHINNAWI J BADA and JSINSP ANGELINA IBAÑEZ. The activity successfully ended with a critiquing and briefing.

KICK OFF CEREMONY NATIONAL WOMENS MONTH
2024!!
In celebration of the International Women's Month, Parañaque City Jail thru the leadership if JCINSP SHINNAWI J BADA, MPA, in honor of all the female personnel of the facility conducted a kick-off program with a Flag Raising Ceremony with all the female personnel as OPR of the program in thier purple shirt in observance with the purple friday.
JO1 Neva Jean Padernal as program emcee while JO1 Arrienne Bella lead the recitation of the Panunumpa sa Watawat ng Pilipinas while JO1 Melanie Saingan led the Panunumpa ng Kawani ng Gobyerno.
JINSP LEO B APURADA, also delivered his message honoring the female personnel and reminding the male personnel that female personnel should be treated with high respect in the male dominant workplace.
The Program ended with a video presentation prepared by welfare and development section honoring the female personnel in the facility.

Parañaque City Jail- Male Dormitory thru the leadership of the City Jail Warden JCINSP SHINNAWI J BADA in partnership with PESO-Parañaque thru coordination with Ms AMALIA E Martin- Asst PESO Manager participated in the 26th Parañaque Cityhood Mega Jobfair at the Parañaque City Sports, Brgy San Antonio Valley 1, Parañaque City, to promote the BJMP profession and recruitment to possible Jail Officer 1 applicants who participated in the said job fair. The six -man team was headed by SJO1 Jeffsey Picorro, Unit CRS and was able to distribute 112 recruitment flyers to Parañaque City job seekers who participated in the event.

The Parañaque City Jail- Male Dormitory under the Leadership of our Jail Warden, JCINSP SHINNAWI J BADA, the selected Personnel of the aforementioned unit conducted a Coastal Clean-up Drive at Las Piñas Parañaque Wetland Park in partnership with DENR -NCR headed by SJO4 Maria Perpetua I Jasojaso.

Pinasaya at pinakilig ng Parañaque City Jail Male Dorm sa pangunguna ng ating butihing Jail Warden, JCINSP SHINNAWI J BADA, MMPA ang mga piling personnel at PDL ng nasabing piitin.

Nagkaroon ng Valentine's Day Serenade para sa mga personnel at Spoken Word Poetry Competition naman sa hapon na dinaluhan ng mga piling Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) at mga bisita nito at panauhing hurado mula sa Antrak Logistics sa pangunguna ng Welfare and Development Section (WDS). Ang mga kalahok sa nasabing kompetisyon ay ang ating mga PDL na nagpamalas ng angking galing sa pagtula ukol sa araw ng mga puso at kung sa papaano nila maipapahayag ang kanilang pagmamahal sa kanilang mga mahal sa buhay sa kabila ng kanilang pansamantalang pagliban sa kani-kanilang tahanan.

Sa ganitong paraan, mapapakita at mapaparamdam natin ang tunay na kahulugan ng araw ng mga puso hindi lamang sa ito ay taunang tradisyon, bagkus kung papaano natin ito maibabahagi sa iba.
