Gold Medal Winners Earn the Opportunity to Compete at Okada Manila

CASILAGAN INTEGRATED SCHOOL, BAUANG, LA UNION — A remarkable celebration of mental skills, dedication, and excellence unfolded as Casilagan Integrated School (CIS) proudly showcased the exceptional abilities of its learners during the Regional PNMC 2026 Batch 2, held from September 5–11, 2026.

The competition brought together talented learners who demonstrated their mental skills, creativity, discipline, and determination in their respective categories in Mathematics Integers. Representing CIS with pride, the school's participants delivered impressive performances and brought home prestigious awards, including Gold Medal Awards, giving the entire school community another reason to celebrate.

The learners who earned the Gold Medal Award have achieved another significant milestone in their journey. Their outstanding regional performance has earned them the opportunity to compete at the next level on February 14, 2027, at Okada Manila.

A significant part of the learners' success is attributed to the dedication and commitment of their coaches, Ma'am Rosemari Tamsi and Dr. Henry Flores.

The achievement of the CIS learners was also made possible through the strong support of the school's administration, led by its supportive and dedicated school principal, Dr. Harold Estrada.

Behind every successful learner are parents who continuously believe, encourage, sacrifice, and support.

A meaningful day of recognition and professional excellence as Sir Henry E. Flores of Casilagan Integrated School–Bauang South undergoes the Final Field Validation as one of the shortlisted candidates for Most Outstanding Teacher of the entire La Union👨‍🏫

📚 BAUANG SOUTH DISTRICT ACTION RESEARCH DEFENSE PROPOSAL 2026 📚

A meaningful day of learning, collaboration, and professional growth as the Bauang South District conducted Action Research Defense Proposal, providing our teacher-researchers an avenue to present their research ideas, receive valuable insights, and further strengthen their proposed studies.

As we continue to foster a culture of research and innovation in our District, we extend our heartfelt CONGRATULATIONS to all our research proponents for their dedication, courage, and commitment to improving teaching and learning through action research. 👏📖

Our sincere appreciation and gratitude to our Research Validators for generously sharing their expertise, constructive feedback, and valuable recommendations that will guide our proponents in refining and strengthening their research proposals.

Special thanks to our Public Schools District Supervisor, Dr. Henry M. Ledda, for his continued support and encouragement in advancing a culture of research among our teachers.

We also recognize and appreciate the leadership and efforts of our District Research Coordinator, Dr. Harold Estrada , in facilitating and supporting the conduct of this Action Research Defense Proposal and in promoting research engagement among teachers in the District. Sa diwa ng pagkakaisa, pagmamahal sa bayan, pagpapahalaga sa kultura, at pagkilala sa ating pagkakakilanlan, sama-samang ipinagdiriwang ng Casilagan Integrated School ang makabuluhang Pinag-isang Selebrasyon ng Buwan ng Wika, Buwan ng Kasaysayan, Buwan ng ASEAN, at Araw ng mga Katutubo. 🇵🇭🌏

Sa pamamagitan ng mga makukulay na pagtatanghal, awitan, sayawan, pagpapakilala sa kultura at tradisyon, at iba pang gawaing pangkultura, muling bibigyang-buhay ang mga kuwentong humubog sa ating bayan at ang mga yamang kultural na dapat nating pahalagahan at ipamana sa susunod na salinlahi.Hindi lamang ito isang pagdiriwang—ito ay pagpupugay sa ating nakaraan, pagkilala sa ating kasalukuyang pagkakakilanlan, at paghubog sa isang mas nagkakaisang kinabukasan.

Ang tagumpay ng gawaing ito ay bunga ng sama-samang pagkilos, talento, oras, at dedikasyon ng mga g**o, koordineytor, Punong-g**o , mga mag-aaral, at lahat ng naging bahagi ng programa.
