The City Government of Tagum thru the Business Permit and Licensing Division advises all real estate business owners, real estate processors (titling or mortgages) and realty offices to see the City Planning and Development Office as early as December 2021 for documents necessary and required to comply prior to the processing of business permit renewal this coming January 2022 for fast and smooth processing of business permit.
