๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ | The ROTC officers conducted an engaging leadership lecture aimed at developing the cadetsโ sense of responsibility, discipline, and command presence.
The session focused on key leadership principles such as decision-making, teamwork, communication, and accountability. Cadets were encouraged to actively participate, share insights, and understand the importance of leading with integrity and confidence in various situations.
Following the discussion, a quiz was administered to assess the cadetsโ understanding of the leadership concepts presented. This activity reinforced their learning and challenged them to apply what they had learned.
Through this lecture and evaluation, the ROTC unit continues to mold cadets into capable leaders, preparing them to take initiative and uphold the values of service, honor, and excellence. ๐ต๐ญโจ

๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ | In celebration of National ROTC Month, the Basic Cadets actively participated in various activities aligned with the theme โROTC: Shaping Disciplined Patriots โ Stewards of Nation-Building and Pillars of National Security.โ These activities aimed to showcase the cadetsโ creativity, patriotism, and understanding of the ROTCโs role in national development.
The cadets took part in a Poster Making Activity, where they creatively expressed the values of discipline, patriotism, and service to the nation through visual art. Their posters reflected the importance of ROTC in shaping responsible citizens and future leaders who contribute to nation-building.
In addition, the cadets also participated in an Essay Writing Activity, where they shared their insights and perspectives about the theme of National ROTC Month. Through their essays, they highlighted the significance of ROTC in developing disciplined patriots who serve as stewards of nation-building and pillars of national security.
These activities provided an opportunity for the cadets to express their ideas, talents, and commitment to the ROTC program, while strengthening their sense of patriotism, leadership, and responsibility to the nation. ๐ต๐ญโจ

๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ | Under the guidance and leadership of our MTI, AM2C Rogen Ian Perez, and our VRI, AM Jose Chito A. De Leon III, the ROTC cadets actively participated in military drills and structured lectures that strengthened their discipline, knowledge, and military skills.
The cadets performed Manual of Arms drills, focusing on proper rifle handling, movements, and synchronization during formations. Through repeated practice, they developed precision, coordination, and discipline, which are essential in military training.
In addition, the cadets attended a lecture about the M16 rifle, where they learned about its basic parts, functions, and proper handling. This lecture enhanced their understanding of firearm safety and the importance of responsible weapon management in military service.
These activities reflect the ROTC unitโs commitment to developing disciplined, knowledgeable, and capable cadets, preparing them to uphold the values of leadership, integrity, and service. ๐ต๐ญโจ

๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ | Under the guidance and leadership of our MTI and VRI, the ROTC cadets actively participated in several important training activities that strengthened their discipline, knowledge, and military skills.
The cadets performed the Dozen Exercises designed to improve physical fitness, endurance, and overall body conditioning. These exercises help develop strength, coordination, and stamina, which are essential qualities for every ROTC cadet.
Cadets also took part in the conduct of the Preliminary Examination to assess their understanding of the lessons discussed during training. This activity ensured that cadets continue to build their knowledge in leadership, discipline, and military concepts.
The Manual of Arms training focused on teaching cadets the proper handling and basic rifle movements. Through repeated drills and practice, cadets improved their precision, coordination, and unity as a unit.

De Leon III, our ROTC cadets actively participated in the Air Force Dozen, structured lectures, and disciplined drills.
