Tonight the brigade had the privilege to hear a talk from former secretary of Defense General James Mattis. Although General Mattis appeared in Alumni Hall through a virtual medium, it did not hinder the powerful words of such a seasoned and well respected man. We all thank General Mattis for his time and his words.

Firstie Friday is Ladavish Dorn in 4th Company! This week’s submission is from another firstie, who describes Lada as “an Angel full of unconditional love for all.” Lada is joining the submarine force after graduation, and a few of the best things about her are “her singing voice and her heart, she would go to the ends of the earth to help someone.”
