PESO Guimaras has collaborated with the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board, Region VI, to provide capacity-building training for micro, small, and medium enterprises in Guimaras, focusing on a Productivity Toolbox training titled 'Improving Productivity through Social Media.'

This training adopts a ladderized approach to learning, aiming to enhance the ability of enterprises to adopt systems and technology for productivity improvement. Participants from various business establishments across the five municipalities were taught how to utilize social media to market and promote their products and services. They were also profiled and guided in creating action plans to improve production through social media. This training is the first in a series of training programs for MSMEs, designed to enhance workers' and enterprise productivity through quality and productive training and technical assistance.

It aligns with the Kabataan FIRST development agenda of the Provincial Government of Guimaras, which prioritizes Focused Tourism, Investment, Trade and Employment, and Sustainable Local Economy.
