Please be advised that the Iloilo Provincial Capitol will be CLOSED on Wednesday, in observance of REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7601 or an Act Declaring February 11 of Each Year as Governor Evelio B. Javier Day, a Special Non-Working Public Holiday in the Provinces of Antique, Capiz, Aklan, and Iloilo.

Regular operations will resume on Thursday, February 12, 2026.

In order to allow our employees to fully support, take part and enjoy the celebration of 2026 Kasadyahan sa Kabanwahanan and the Dinagyang Festival events this weekend, work at the Iloilo Provincial Government Capitol-based offices and the Iloilo Sports Development and Management Office is hereby 𝐒𝐔𝐒𝐏𝐄𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐃 on Friday, 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲, 𝟐𝟑, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 and Monday, 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲, 𝟐𝟔, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔.

All concerned IPG personnel are expected to extend support and promote the events for the successful holding of the annual Kasadyahan sa Kabanwahanan, that is our cultural window to showcase the Fun, Foodie, and Friendly Iloilo.

𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐊 𝐒𝐔𝐒𝐏𝐄𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐈𝐂𝐄

Following the recommendation of the Provincial Civil Defense Cluster (PCDC), work in the Iloilo Provincial Capitol is suspended on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, due to .

Heads of Offices under PCDC as identified in Executive Order No. 111, Series of 2025 are directed to be on alert, organize and mobilize their teams for monitoring and possible disaster response activities.

Particularly, the following offices are expected to actively participate and closely coordinate with the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Management Officer.

1. Office of the Provincial Engineer
2. Office of the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Officer
3. Office of the General Services Officer
4. Office of the Provincial Health Officer
5. Office of the Hospital Management Officer
