Dagdag pa rito, ang Glan Municipal Police Station ay nakipag-ugnayan na sa Regional Anti-Cybercrime Unit para sa agarang aksyon, imbestigasyon, at pagtugis sa mga nasa likod ng hacking at online fraudulent activities.

Hinihikayat ang mga naging biktima na agad na pumunta sa Camp Fermin Lira Anti-Cybercrime Unit Office upang makapagsampa ng pormal na reklamo para sa agarang aksyon.

Tacurong City, Sultan Kudarat — The Sultan Kudarat Police Provincial Office (SKPPO), in coordination with the Tacurong City Police Station, immediately undertook operational, investigative, and administrative actions following the robbery incident and subsequent hot pursuit operation in Tacurong City.

Responding police personnel promptly secured the crime scene, conducted an initial investigation, interviewed witnesses, reviewed available CCTV footages, and coordinated with the Scene of the Crime Operatives (SOCO) for proper crime scene processing and forensic examination of recovered pieces of evidence.

During the hot pursuit operation, a civilian onboard a passing vehicle was accidentally struck by a stray bullet, resulting in his untimely death.

Following the incident, the involved PNP personnel were immediately placed under restrictive custody, while their issued fi****ms were subjected to ballistic examination and paraffin testing. In addition, the Chief of Police of the Tacurong City Police Station was administratively relieved pending the result of the investigation. The SKPPO likewise coordinated with the PNP Internal Affairs Service (IAS) for the conduct of a motu proprio investigation.

The Provincial Director of SKPPO also personally extended condolences and immediate assistance to the bereaved family.

The SKPPO assures the public that a thorough, impartial, and transparent investigation is being conducted in accordance with the law and due process. This Office remains committed to uncovering the truth, ensuring accountability, and upholding the rule of law.

The public is likewise urged to remain calm, refrain from spreading unverified information, and allow the authorities to complete the investigation professionally and objectively.
