๐๐ก ๐ฃ๐๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ฆ | The City Government of Valencia conducted the Nationwide Simultaneous School Safety Drill at Nabag-o Integrated School, aimed at strengthening the preparedness and response capabilities of the school community in the event of active attack incidents and other emergencies. The activity provided an opportunity for learners, teaching and non-teaching personnel, and responders to practice appropriate safety protocols, evacuation procedures, and coordinated emergency response measures.
The drill was conducted with the presence and support of the DILG Valencia Field Office, City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO), Valencia PNP, Valencia BFP, Barangay Council, Barangay Peacekeeping Action Team (BPAT), and Barangay Health Workers (BHW). Their participation highlights the importance of strong coordination among schools, local government offices, barangay officials, and partner agencies in promoting a safe, prepared, and resilient learning environment for all.
We extend our sincere appreciation to the DepEd Valencia City Division, including the teachers and students of Nabag-o Integrated School, for their cooperation and support in the conduct of the drill. Special thanks are likewise extended to City Mayor Amie G. Galario, Vice Mayor Greizl Galario-Fernandez, and the members of the 10th Sangguniang Panlungsod for their steadfast support and commitment to strengthening school safety, emergency preparedness, and community resilience.
