Pengerusi, En. Singam Muniandy telah menghadiri Program Hari Bertemu Pelanggan Bulan April 2026 Kontinjen Selangor yang berlangsung di IPD Subang Jaya atas jemputan pihak penganjur.

Program ini membuka ruang kepada komuniti untuk berinteraksi secara langsung dengan pihak polis serta berkongsi pandangan demi meningkatkan keselamatan setempat.

Beliau turut mengambil peluang untuk menyampaikan sepatah dua kata serta memuji IPD Subang Jaya atas kejayaan menurunkan kadar jenayah di daerah ini 👏

Semoga kerjasama erat antara komuniti dan pihak polis akan terus diperkukuhkan demi kesejahteraan bersama 💪

Committee members of RA USJ 11/3 attended the meeting requested by MBSJ today (22 April 2026) at 10:00 AM regarding the application for renewal of approval (kelulusan) for our Guarded Community.

The meeting was chaired by the Penolong Pengarah, En. Mohd Saidi bin Alang (Jabatan Perancangan Bandar, MBSJ), with the presence of Ahli Majlis, Mr. Christopher. All required details were presented and clarified, including the necessary documentation requested by MBSJ.

The discussion lasted about one hour and went smoothly. MBSJ has provided clear guidance on the requirements, and we have addressed all key matters raised.

As the RA, we will comply with all rules and regulations set by the authorities to ensure everything is in order.

We are hopeful that the approval will be granted soon.

Persatuan Penduduk & KRT USJ 11/3, Subang Jaya
bersama barisan EXCO ingin merakamkan setinggi-tinggi penghargaan dan mengucapkan Selamat Hari Polis Diraja Malaysia kepada seluruh warga Polis Diraja Malaysia.

STOP ILLEGAL DUMPING

Illegal dumping along our roadside is becoming a serious concern.

Recently, officers from MBSJ Enforcement Department visited our area following a complaint from RA&KRT USJ 11/3. This shows that the authorities are taking this matter seriously and so should we.

Special thanks to Ahli Majlis MBSJ , Mr.Chris , for taking prompt action on this matter.

Let’s be clear:
This is not about members or non-members.
There is no protection or special treatment for anyone.

Anyone found dumping rubbish illegally will be reported directly to MBSJ for further enforcement action.

We urge all residents to:
✅ Dispose of waste properly
✅ Stay alert and monitor our surroundings
✅ Report any illegal dumping activities

Our neighbourhood reflects who we are. Let’s work together to keep it clean, safe, and respectful for everyone.
