This morning , the Director General paid a working visit to The Deputy Head of Mission for the Spain Embassy in Ghana , Mr Rafael Rodriguez-Panga Alaba to strengthening collaboration between National Disaster Management Organisation and the Spanish Government.
They also explored ways of curbing irregular migration as well as sharing of information between NADMO & Spanish Embassy.
In attendance were; Mr Juan Ignacio Rico Yanez - Home Affairs Attache to the Spanish Embassy, Mr Kofi Osei -Director, Migration & Reintegration NADMO and Mr Asafo Adjei - Director, International Relations NADMO.

The Director-General of NADMO , Hon. Eric Nana Agyemang-Prempeh has interacted with his counterpart Head of Disaster Management Agency, State of Israel in the person of Brig. General Zeev Tsuk-Ram Vova who was in the company of Mr. Jacob Wimisberg, Director of Strategic Cooperation and Assistance Division, NEMA - Israel.
The meeting bothered on how NADMO Staff in Ghana could benefit from training exercise on modern ways of managing disaster.
Secondly, a discussion on Israel supporting NADMO with rescue ambulances and other modern rescue equipments used in the response to earthquakes , floods and other disasters.
The Director-General who has been in Israel for five (5) days under an invitation of the Israel government for a special training on modern day management of disasters and security was in the company of Mr. William Anani- Abotsi , Deputy Ambassador of Ghana to the State of Israel.
