Polloc Freeport and Ecozone (PFEZ) has achieved another major milestone after being recognized as the recipient of the โTop 1 Emerging Overall Collection Award for 2025โ during the Annual Bangsamoro Local Revenue Collection Forum held on May 21, 2026, at the Shariff Kabunsuan Cultural Complex in Cotabato City.
The recognition underscores PFEZโs exceptional performance in revenue collection and its continuing commitment to efficiency, integrity, and fiscal responsibility in support of the Bangsamoro Governmentโs sustainable development goals. Along with the prestigious award, PFEZ also received an โฑ18,000 cash incentive.
This latest achievement adds to PFEZโs growing list of accomplishments after previously being recognized in 2024 as one of the Top 3 Non-Tax Revenue Collectors by the Bangsamoro Treasury Office, highlighting the agencyโs consistent excellence and steady progress in revenue generation and public service performance.
As one of the regionโs emerging economic gateways, PFEZ continues to strengthen its role in advancing local revenue generation, promoting transparent governance, and contributing to the overall economic growth of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM).
The Annual Bangsamoro Local Revenue Collection Forum served as a venue for collaboration among various Ministries, Offices, and Agencies in reinforcing accountability, innovation, and efficiency in fiscal management and public service.
This achievement further solidifies PFEZโs position as a growing force in regional development and a vital contributor to a stronger and more progressive Bangsamoro economy.

Representatives from the OCM โ Strategic Communications Team visited the Polloc Freeport and Ecozone (PFEZ) on May 14, 2026 to discuss initiatives aimed at strengthening economic governance and institutional coordination within the Bangsamoro Region.
