كنا نتمنى ان تكون هذه الحكومة الجديدة (حكومة العهد الجديد) حكومة لبنانية بالكامل، تمثل أحزاب لبنانية فقط لا غير. فإعطاء وزير للحزب القومي السوري الإجتماعي وآخر للحزب البعثي السوري، ما يزال يوحي باننا ما زلنا تحت تأثير الوجود السياسي السوري في لبنان. في الأصل، لا يوجد اي بلد سيد، حر، مستقل في العالم، يُرخص لأحزاب سياسية تنتمي في الإسم والشكل إلى بلد آخر.
هذه الحكومة إذاً هي غير ميثاقية وغير دستورية بجزء من أجزائها...
