We are pleased to invite you to our combined Barangay and SK-KK Assembly. Join us on March 28, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. at the Barangay Covered Court as we unite for a better future.
Together, let's work towards "Nagkakaisang Barangay Tungo sa Kalinisan, Kaayusan, Kapayapaan at Kaunlaran."

The Barangay Council of Guiwan will hold its Barangay Assembly for 1st Semester CY 2026 on March 28, 2026 at 2pm, the venue will be at the Barangay Covered Court. Everyone is invited to attend and participate.

Commission on Election (Comelec) will conduct voters registration at Barangay Guiwan on March 26-27, 2026 8am Guiwan Covered court. Requirements for Voters Registration:

For New Registration:

18 yrs old and above: Present 1 Valid Government Issued ID

15-17 yrs old: Present 1 Valid Government Issued ID / School ID and submit photocopy of Birth Certificate.

For transfer:

Present 1 Valid Government Issued ID and Submit Barangay Residency.

For Correction of Entries:

Photocopy of Birth Certificate or Marriage Contract
