🎤 We asked our Nighthawks:
“If your teacher wasn’t a teacher, what would they be?” 🤔😂
The answers did NOT disappoint! From athletes and artists to chefs, firefighters, veterinarians, and everything in between, our students have some pretty creative ideas about what their teachers would be doing if they weren’t teaching.
We love hearing the perspective of our students—and apparently, they know their teachers pretty well! 💙🖤

The Nighthawks showed up in a big way at the Yakima Mile! It was great to see so many students, families, staff, and community members coming together to celebrate fitness, fun, and community spirit.

Thank you to everyone who represented Nob Hill and helped make the event so special. We are proud to be more than a school—we are a community.

☀️🎉 Field Day Fun at Nob Hill! 🎉☀️

Our Nighthawks had a fantastic day filled with games, teamwork, laughter, and school spirit! It was great to see students encouraging one another and making memories as we celebrate the end of an amazing school year.

⚽🏆 World Cup Attendance Challenge Champions! 🏆⚽

Congratulations to Mr. Schultz’s 3rd Grade Class for winning our World Cup Attendance Challenge! Their commitment to showing up every day, being on time, and ready to learn helped them earn the championship title.

Throughout the challenge, students demonstrated what it means to be dedicated teammates by supporting one another and making attendance a priority. Their hard work, positive attitude, and consistency paid off!

We are proud of all of our Nighthawks who participated and made this challenge a success. A special shoutout to Mr. Schultz’s class for bringing home the trophy and showing that every day counts!

🎓🖤💛 Celebrating Our Yakima School District Graduates! 💛🖤🎓

This week, Nob Hill Elementary had the privilege of welcoming back some very special Nighthawks—our graduating seniors from the Yakima School District!

Our graduates returned to where their educational journey began and spent time participating in Field Day activities, visiting with students, and enjoying recess with our current Nighthawks. It was a wonderful opportunity for our younger students to see what years of hard work, perseverance, and dedication can achieve.

Thank you to our graduates for coming back to inspire the next generation. We are incredibly proud of all you have accomplished and can’t wait to see where your future takes you.

🏃‍♂️🦅 Kicking Off the End-of-Year Celebrations! 🦅🏃‍♀️

Today we kicked off our end-of-the-year events with our 5th Annual Nighthawk Strong Run!

Throughout the year, our students have worked hard reading, running, and doing right, and today they celebrated those efforts by completing their final mile of the school year. After crossing the finish line, students enjoyed a picnic outside with their classmates and staff.

We are incredibly proud of the perseverance, dedication, and positive choices our Nighthawks have demonstrated all year long. Thank you to our staff, families, and volunteers who helped make this event a success.

It was a great day to be a Nighthawk! 💙🖤
