In observance of National Flag Day from May 28 to June 12, culminating in the celebration of Philippine Independence Day, the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Dipaculao joins the national government’s initiative in promoting patriotism and national pride through the proper display of the Philippine Flag.

In line with Republic Act No. 8491, all government offices, agencies, institutions, and establishments are encouraged to display the Philippine Flag in a prominent place throughout the observance period as a symbol of unity, freedom, and love of country.

Magandang umaga po sa inyong lahat!

Mga ka-Dipaculaoeño, nakakataba po ng puso na makita kayong nandito ngayon na nangangahulugang handa kayong matuto at magsikap para sa mas maunlad at magandang kinabukasan ng inyong mga pamilya.

Ang native chicken farming po ay hindi lang simpleng pag-aalaga ng manok. Ito ay isang oportunidad — oportunidad para magkaroon ng dagdag na kita, upang maging self-sufficient, at makatulong sa ekonomiya ng ating barangay.

Ang ating mga partners sa pangunguna ni Ka Oca, DETA Project Coordinator at ASCOT Faculty, School of Agricultural Sciences, tuturuan po tayo ng tamang paraan, mula sa pagpili ng sisiw hanggang sa tamang pag-aalaga at pagnenegosyo.

Huwag ninyong sayangin ang pagkakataong ito. Makinig, magtanong, makilahok sa usapan at kunin ang lahat ng matutunan ninyo sa dalawang araw na ito. Pag-uwi po ninyo sa barangay, kayo na ang magiging halimbawa na kaya nating umasenso gamit ang sariling sipag at kaalaman kahit nasa loob pa man ng bakuran o bukirin ang ating sisimulang hanapbuhay.

Naniniwala po ako sa inyong kakayahan at ang LGU Dipaculao ay laging nandito para suportahan kayo. Magsilbi po sanang puhunan ang inyong matututunan at ipasa rin sa iba ang mga kaalaman. Good luck po sa ating lahat.

Maraming salamat at nandito po kayo ngayong araw para sa ating training sa Gender-Sensitive Lupong Tagapamayapa at Awarding ng KP Financial Support. Alam ko pong abala kayo sa barangay, kaya malaking bagay na naglaan kayo ng oras para matuto pa upang higit na mapaganda ang serbisyo natin sa ating mga kababayan.

Kayo po ang frontline service providers pagdating sa pag-ayos ng mga problema sa barangay. Kaya mahalaga na bukod sa alam natin ang batas, marunong din tayong umunawa at maging patas sa lahat — babae man, lalaki, o sino pa man. Yan po ang layunin nating palakasin dito sa ating pagsasanay.

Nagpapasalamat po ako kina Sir Bon Paby Mingua, kay Ma’am Hannah Marie Dizon, at lalo na sa ating Vice Governor Hon. Patrick Alexis G. Angara na naglaan ng oras para magbahagi ng kanilang kaalaman sa atin. Salamat din po sa ating DILG at GFPS team na nag-organisa nito.

Mga kasama, sana po matutunan natin nang maayos ang mga aral dito at magamit natin sa ating mga barangay para sa mas tahimik, mas patas, at mas maayos na pamumuhay ng ating mga kababayan sa Dipaculao.

The Municipality of Dipaculao officially recognizes every March 29 as “Governor Reynante A. Tolentino Day” pursuant to Municipal Ordinance No. 2026-09 authored by Hon. Ace Francis R. Javar.

This ordinance institutionalizes the annual commemoration of the life, leadership, and invaluable service of the late Governor Reynante A. Tolentino to the people of Aurora. It ensures that future generations will continue to remember and honor his enduring contributions through official activities and programs supported by the Municipality.

May this observance serve as a lasting reminder of his dedication to public service and his vision for a stronger and more progressive Dipaculao.

Together, let us continue building a united and resilient community inspired by his legacy.
