The Civil Service Commission Regional Office IV (CSC RO IV) hereby announces that the processing of applications for the grant of Sangguniang Kabataan Officials Eligibility (SKOE) is on hold pending the issuance of the SKOE application system instructions by the Examination, Recruitment and Placement Office (ERPO) of the CSC Central Office.
Accordingly, the acceptance of applications for SKOE in all our Field Offices is deferred until further notice.

As part of the 110th Founding Anniversary of Magallanes, the Youth Forum successfully brought together young leaders and participants who are ready to create their own paths and make a difference in the community. The event began with the registration of participants, followed by the inspiring Opening Remarks of Ms. Marie Mcgee J. Gloriani, who encouraged the youth to step forward with courage, purpose, and leadership.
Our heartfelt gratitude to our ever-supportive Municipal Mayor, Hon. Janessa Maligaya de Ramayo, for continuously empowering the youth and supporting initiatives that shape future leaders. We also extend our sincere appreciation to our Acting Vice Mayor, Hon. Mar B. Reduca and to our esteemed SB Members, Hon. John Alister P. Mojica, Hon. Jonathan Antazo, and Hon. John Carlo Maldonado, for sharing their words of encouragement and valuable insights with the youth of Magallanes.
We were also honored by the presence and support of our Department Heads Dr. Jerikah Ann B. Vallesfin, Dr. Lizcel R. Quezon, and Ms. Monaliza R. Nepomuceno, who continue to inspire young leaders in our community. We would also like to express our heartfelt appreciation to all the participating schools, their students, and advisers.
