The play area in Rhydypennau Park has officially re-opened to the public following an extensive “reservoirs and lakes” inspired upgrade.
Local children helped select the new equipment which includes:
• toddler, junior, basket and ‘fishing rod’ swings;
• a wheelchair accessible roundabout;
• a climbing mound and slide;
• boat themed multi-play units;
• bird and fish themed spring toys;
• an accessible dragonfly seesaw; and
• an 'island to island' zipway.

The atmospheric grounds of Cathays Cemetery are home to some of Cardiff’s most notable residents.
Actors will bring some of them back to life this summer, as the popular ‘Graveyard Voices’ guided walks return to the Grade II Listed cemetery.

We are recruiting an Estates Officer for Llandaff City Church in Wales Primary School.
You need to be an enthusiastic, cheerful and friendly individual with good communication skills to undertake caretaking duties at the school and be an integral team member of the school community.
Ideally, the individual requires some experience in a school or similar environment and to be able to undertake minor repairs, for example redecorating and fixing. The successful candidate will also be expected to carry out a number of health and safety compliance checks.
