Let's welcome Todd to the Seattle Team!!!!

Hello, i currently work at the VRSI in Tukwila, WA (Seattle). I retired from the Washington Army National Guard (3 years active duty Navy, 1 years Navy Reserves and 16 years Army National Guard as an 11B). I also retired from the Federal Government where I worked as a Federal Technician for the Amy National Guard at Camp Murray, as an Inventory Manager for the Seattle VA Hospital, the VBA and finally the FAA. I am excited to help my fellow brothers and sisters in arms through the Non-Profit VRSI which helps homeless and at risk of being homeless vets acquire employment. Veterans Housing Options Group (VHOG)
Wednesday, January 14, 2026, 10 AM – 12 PM
VHOG provides a coordinated space for veterans to explore housing options, connect with service providers, and receive guidance on navigating available programs. The Pierce County Veterans Assistance Program has transitioned its briefings to WorkSource Pierce, ensuring continued access to critical support.

Each VHOG presentation includes representatives from a wide range of veteran-focused organizations, including:

* Pierce County Veterans Assistance Program – Emergency financial assistance and housing support
* VA Puget Sound Health Care System – Medical care, mental health services, and HUD-VASH housing referrals
* Catholic Community Services – SSVF – Rapid rehousing, eviction prevention, and case management
* Washington State Department of Veterans Affairs (WDVA) – Benefits navigation, claims assistance, and peer support
* WorkSource Pierce – Employment services, job training, and veteran-specific job placement\
* HVRP (Homeless Veterans Reintegration Program) – Employment support for homeless veterans
* Nineline Veteran Services – Transitional housing, peer mentorship, and wraparound suppor
* Veteran Service Officers (VSOs) – VA claims assistance and benefits guidance
* Comprehensive Life Resources – Behavioral health and housing navigation
