𝐄𝐂𝐂 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐊𝐢𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐏𝐖𝐑𝐃 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐥𝐛𝐚𝐲

The Employees’ Compensation Commission (ECC) awarded a complementary kit to Orly Apinado, a person with work-related disability (PWRD) from Legazpi City, Albay, under the 𝘒𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘭𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘵 𝘎𝘢𝘣𝘢𝘺 𝘯𝘨 𝘔𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘨𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘢𝘺 𝘒𝘢𝘱𝘢𝘯𝘴𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘯 (𝘒𝘢𝘎𝘢𝘣𝘢𝘺) Program.

​Through this initiative, he was able to purchase assorted vegetables, allowing him to establish his own vegetable retailing business. The awarding took place in Legazpi City, Albay, on May 28, 2026 with Officer Krisia Bañares.

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: The Employees’ Compensation Commission Regional Extension Unit V successfully conducts an on-site EC seminar during the Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Training on May 28, 2026 at Partido Rice Mill in Pili, Camarines Sur.

It highlights the benefits and services under the Employees’ Compensation Program (ECP) and continuing advocacy to strengthen workplace protection across the Bicol Region.

ECC congratulates and warmly welcomes the new Labor Secretary and ECC Governing Board Chairperson, Atty. Francis N. Tolentino.
