Why vote for me?

Because financial oversight isn’t just something I talk about. It’s something I do every day.

Every month, I reconcile 10 bank accounts and regularly review balance sheets, budgets, and expenditures. Whether it’s for my business, my family, my campaign, or the organization I serve as treasurer, I believe every dollar should be accounted for and spent wisely.

Good stewardship isn’t glamorous. Sometimes it even means reviewing financials poolside on a Sunday afternoon. But that’s what responsible leadership looks like.

As a School Board member, I’ll bring the same attention to detail, accountability, and fiscal responsibility that I’ve used to successfully manage finances for years.

Taxpayer dollars deserve careful oversight. That’s exactly what I’ll provide.
(And yes, I also play fetch with my dogs while working!)

What’s on your nightstand?

There are so many teachers deserving of a Free Roof. I wish we could give every Volusia County School Teacher a Free Roof. But our company will continue to make an impact as much as we can, every year!
Once I’m elected on the school board for district 1, I will use every dollar I can from my salary to put right back into district 1 schools!

We, at Beery Roofing, are super excited about our Free Roof for a Teacher winner, Jennifer Vento. We had a lovely afternoon getting to know her and checking out her roof that we will be soon replacing. Stay tuned to hear her story❤️
