As embassies are evacuating under the threat of Al Qaeda & the fragile post-Arab Spring transition government is teetering - Mr. Scott embeds himself with an eclectic group of expat teachers, students, journalist & aid workers. UAE says it ends mission of counterterrorism units in Yemen voluntarily The United Arab Emirates' defence ministry said on Tuesday it has voluntarily ended the mission of its counterterrorism units in Yemen, the only remaining forces it has in the country after ending its military presence in 2019.
