When the coaching intervention is on the correct development phase the athlete will peak at the right time, Training to Compete.

Our Veloworld Ambassador and athlete, is proof of our process.

Let us help your child develop into the best cyclist they can become, and at the same time development a love and passion for the sport. Too many riders drop out or dissappear because their coaching focus was only on race results.

What is Long Term Athlete Development, and what is the value of it?
It is about understanding the Development phases of the athlete, and implementing the correct coaching interventions at the right time, over a long period. It takes insight, commitment and a trust between athlete and coach.
Veloworld athlete Nicolai Hansen started at age 9 and today consistently competing for a top position in his Youth Men category. That is the result of proper application of the LTAD model.
Choose wisely! Choose for the long run!
