October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month 💗

At Nazeema Isaacs Library, we stand in support of all the brave warriors, survivors, and families affected by breast cancer.🌸💕

This month is a reminder that early detection saves lives. Let's educate ourselves, encourage our mothers, sisters, aunts and friends to go for regular check-ups and screening, and never ignore the signs.💗🤍

Your health is your wealth. Do a self-examination. Get screened. Speak up. Support one another. To every woman fighting this battle — you are not alone. You are strong, you are loved, and you are a fighter! 🎀💗

Today was a beautiful and successful day at Nazeema Isaacs Library as we hosted our Reading and Spelling Competition!❤️

We were honoured to have four amazing schools participating: Nkazimlo Primary, Masiphumelele Primary, Mpendulo Primary and Noxolo Xauka Primary. The learners truly made us proud with their confidence and talent. 🙏🏽Thank you to the principals, educators, and learners for making this event a success, and to our library team for organizing such an inspiring programme. Together we are building a culture of reading! 💛📖
