The Nelson Mandela Bay Development Agency, Art Events, Nelson Mandela Bay Tourism, the National Arts Festival and key role players in the Arts industry have formed a partnership to develop a sustainable creative arts industry for the community of the Eastern Cape and to promote tourism in the area. The ARTS JOURNEY is made up of various Arts organisations and venues along Belmont Terrace and Bird Street which forms the Nelson Mandela Metro Arts Precinct.
