When requesting a Propensity Letter, please send a formal email from your TUT4life email account only to your respective department as attached on the communuque (using personal emails may result in your email going to junk).
Ensure the subject line is "Request for Propensity Letter" with your student number.
Include the following details in the email:
- Student number
- Surname and initials (as per ID)
- Course code
- Name of your qualification
This will help them process your request efficiently.

Sizofunda Ngenkani means “we will study by force.” This campaign speaks to the lived realities of students facing academic exclusions, probations, financial exclusions, and registration challenges. It is a commitment to fight against all barriers that deny students access to education.
EFFYC remains resolute in advancing the struggle for free and decolonised education in our lifetime. No student must be left behind because of poverty or an unjust system.
