Meet Khabo Mnguni ACMA,CGMA, founder of Zibangwenya Supplies T/A ZS Uniforms and runner-up in last year’s Pitch & Match.

She manufactures school uniforms from the very community she serves in Thembisa — bringing her products closer to customers while building a growing local enterprise.

Khabonina is now looking to scale, with plans to add four more stores by December.

As we build up to the launch of the Transformation Fund, we are amplifying the voices of the women entrepreneurs the Fund is designed to support.

Meet Reabetswe MATHIBE, CEO and Founder of MRT Marketing — a proudly women-led direct marketing and brand activation agency currently employing 58 people across Gauteng and Limpopo, with ambitions to scale to all nine provinces.

When asked what the Transformation Fund means to her, her answer was simple and powerful: Scale.

For her, it's not just about funding — it's about Access to Capability.

Transformation Fund’s blended-finance and guarantee instruments combine public and private capital to reduce lending risk to underserved enterprises.

These include partial credit guarantees, subsidised credit lines, and risk-sharing facilities that encourage commercial lenders to offer financing to MSMEs.

Guarantees are linked to capability milestones and include technical support, ensuring that risk-sharing promotes sustainable business growth.
